Governing body
Atrium Homes is run by a Board of Directors elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Board’s job is to set the strategy, policies and approaches of the organisation and to oversee its performance.
The Board delegates some of its responsibilities to specialist sub-committees who concentrate on particular areas of activity, such operations, finance etc. All Board members are volunteers who give their time freely, but have the skills, enthusiasm and expertise to help determine Atrium’s policies and approaches. They have a real influence on issues such as the investment priorities for our houses and other areas of interest to our tenants.
There are 12 elected places on the Board, although additional members may be co-opted. We have representatives from our tenants, from the broader communities in which we operate and from the local business and professional world. We are always delighted to hear from people who would be willing to put themselves forward to sit on the Board.
If you would like to volunteer please email info@atrium-homes.co.uk.
